Why this exists

Job boards are broken for this niche. We fixed it.

I spent three months between contracts in 2023 applying to roles that listed “SEO experience preferred” as a bullet point between “Microsoft Office proficiency” and “positive attitude.” Roles that vanished after three rounds. Roles with “competitive compensation” that turned out to mean $52k.

Dispatch started as a Notion doc I shared with six friends. Now it goes to 4,200 subscribers every Thursday morning, and people keep sending me notes about roles they actually landed.

Remote-first, always.

Every role ships with a genuine remote arrangement. No "remote-friendly" weasel words. If the listing requires relocation, it never makes the cut.

No ghost listings.

Each role is verified open within 72 hours of the drop. If a position fills before Thursday, it doesn't appear. Your time is not a testing ground for a company's ATS.

Salary ranges, every time.

A listing without a number is a listing that wastes your time. If a company won't publish a range, they don't get a slot. Transparency is the floor, not a feature.

SEO-literate hiring managers only.

Roles at companies where SEO is a cost center, not a growth lever, don't belong here. You've spent years explaining what you do. Your next employer shouldn't need the tutorial.

Landed $118k role
I found my current role — Head of SEO at a Series C — through Dispatch. It was in the Thursday drop, I applied Friday morning, and I had an offer within three weeks. The salary range was exactly what they paid.

Priya Nambiar

Head of SEO

Went full-time at $95k
As a freelancer, I use Dispatch to track the market between contracts. It's the only place where I trust the salary numbers aren't made up. Helped me benchmark my rates and eventually go full-time.

Tom Braczewski

Content Strategist

Jumped from $48k → $84k
I was a junior writer making $48k. Within six months of following Dispatch, I had two offers over $80k. The curation is the difference — these companies actually know what content strategy means.
